母亲教养方式对女大学生抑郁情绪的影响:认知重评和反刍思维的链式中介作用

摘　　要：为探讨母亲教养方式与女大学生抑郁情绪的关系,以及反刍思维和情绪调节策略在其中的中介作用,选取1391名女大学生作为被试,采用简式父母教养方式问卷中文版、抑郁自评量表、反刍思维量表及情绪调节问卷调查发现:母亲消极教养方式(拒绝、过度保护)与反刍思维、抑郁情绪呈显著正相关,与认知重评呈显著负相关;母亲积极教养方式(情感温暖)与反刍思维、抑郁情绪呈显著负相关,与认知重评呈显著正相关。认知重评与反刍思维、抑郁情绪呈显著负相关,反刍思维与抑郁情绪呈显著正相关。母亲教养方式(消极、积极)对抑郁情绪的直接效应显著,认知重评在母亲教养方式(消极、积极)和抑郁情绪之间的简单中介作用显著,反刍思维在母亲教养方式(消极、积极)和抑郁情绪之间的简单中介作用显著,认知重评和反刍思维分别在母亲教养方式(消极、积极)和抑郁情绪之间的链式中介作用显著。母亲教养方式不仅会直接影响女大学生抑郁情绪,也会通过认知重评和反刍思维间接影响女大学生抑郁情绪。To explore the relationship between maternal parenting styles and the depression in female college students,and the mediating roles of cognitive reappraisal and rumination.The Short-form Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran for Chinese,self-rating depression scale,rumination responses scale and emotion regulation questionnaire were used to measure 1391 female college students.Correlation analysis showed that the negative maternal parenting style(rejection,excessive protection)was significantly positively correlated with rumination and depression,and was significantly negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal;the positive maternal parenting style(emotional warmth)was significantly negatively correlated with rumination and depression,and was positively correlated with cognitive reappraisal.Cognitive reappraisal was significantly negatively correlated with rumination and depression;rumination was positively correlated with depression.The direct effect of maternal parenting styles(negative,positive)on depression were significant.The simple mediating effect of cognitive reappraisal was significant between maternal parenting styles(negative,positive)and depression.The simple mediating effect of rumination was significant between maternal parenting styles(negative,positive)and depression.Cognitive reappraisal and rumination had significant chain mediating effects between maternal parenting styles(negative,positive)and depression,respectively.Maternal parenting styles not only affects female college students’depression directly,but also indirectly affects female college students’depression through cognitive reappraisal and rumination.
