摘　　要：地方特色文化专题资源数据库建设很有必要且越来越重要。洛阳市地方特色文化资源非常丰富,如何更好地保存并充分利用好这些资源成为当务之急。洛阳工业遗产档案专题资源数据库紧紧围绕地方特色文化,做好选题定位和平台建设,所采取的思路与对策值得其他地方特色文化资源建设借鉴。The construction of the thematic resources database for local characteristic culture is necessary.Luoyang is rich in cultural resources with local characteristics,and protection and utilization of these resources has become a top priority.The thematic resources database for Luoyang industrial heritage archives focuses on local characteristic culture,and relevant departments improve the database by means of the topic selection,platform construction,and digitization of the resources.The ideas and countermeasures adopted are worthy of reference for the construction of cultural resources with local characteristics in other places.
