摘 要:高校思想政治理论课的教学改革和创新发展是提升其教学效果的重要手段。基于3P教学模型,构建了高校思想政治理论课教学影响机理模型,并进行了实证分析。研究表明,学习动力、教学内容、教师个人素养三个因素与高校思想政治理论课的教学效果密切相关,内生动力不足是学生学习效果预期偏差的主要原因;教师素养是提升高校思想政治理论课教学效果的关键要素;教学内容是影响教学效果的重要因素。为此,要贴合学生发展需求科学设计教学内容,提升教师职业素养以达成育人目标,结合社会热点强化确立社会主义核心价值观。The teaching reform and innovative development of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is an important means to improve the teaching effect.Based on the 3P teaching model,this paper constructs the influence mechanism model to teach ideological and political theory,and uses the method of questionnaire to conduct empirical analysis.The results show that the three factors of learning motivation,teaching contents and teachers’personal quality are closely related to the teaching effect,the lack of internal motivation is the main reason for the deviation in expectation of learning effect,teachers’quality is the key factor to improve the teaching effect,and teaching contents are important factors that affect the teaching effect.The article puts forward the feasible path for the innovative development of the course teaching.These measures are essential to scientifically design the teaching contents according to the development needs of students,to improve the professional quality of teachers to achieve the education goal,and to strengthen the socialist core values in combination with social hot spots.
