月季茎蜂幼虫空间分布型及不同色板的诱集效果

摘　　要：为了了解月季茎蜂幼虫种群的发生分布为害特点及色板诱杀月季茎蜂的效果,应用聚集度指标测定法、线形回归方程检验法研究了新疆奎屯市月季茎蜂幼虫的空间分布型,并对6种颜色诱虫板采用不同悬挂方向、一天中不同时段诱杀的诱杀效果进行了比较。结果表明:调查样地的有虫株率为61.06%,平均虫口密度为1.26头/株,单株最大虫口密度为10头/株;聚集度检验和回归分析的结果均表明,月季茎蜂幼虫在月季上呈聚集分布;月季茎蜂幼虫在各方位上的分布主要是北方位和东方位,其数量分别占总数的30.51%和29.78%,南方位和西方位的数量分别占总数的20.22%和19.49%;黄色诱虫板对月季茎蜂的诱杀效果最好,5月1-3日其诱杀月季茎蜂的数量分别为9.4、7.2和6.6头/张,每天诱杀月季茎蜂的数量均显著多于其他5种颜色色板;以板面朝东西方向悬挂的黄板诱杀月季茎蜂数量较多,平均为8.0头/张,显著多于朝南北方向悬挂的均值2.6头/张;在14:00-16:00时段黄板朝东西方向和南北方向悬挂均可诱杀较多数量的月季茎蜂,表明月季茎蜂在14:00-16:00时段为活动的高峰期。This paper has used the aggregation index method and linear regression analysis method to study the occurance,spatial distribution patten and damage of Neosyrista similis larve populations in Kuitun City of Xinjiang,and compared attractive effects of six color trapping boards hung in various directions at different time periods in a day.The results showed that in the investigated plots the rate of infested plants was 61.06%,the average density was 1.26 heads/plant,and the maximum population density of a single plant was 10 heads/plant;the Neosyrista similis larvae population presented an aggregated distribution on the rose plants,which was mainly concentrated in the north and the east,respectively accounting for 30.51%and 29.78%of the total number of larvae,while 20.22%was in the south and 19.49%in the west.The yellow trapping board had the best trapping effect,of which the average trapped number was 9.4,7.2,and 6.6 heads/piece,respectively on May 1st,2nd and 3rd,and the total trapped number per day was significantly higher than that of the other five colour trapping boards(P<0.05);the yellow trapping boards hung toward the east-west direction trapped more adults,averagely reaching 8.0 heads/piece which was significantly higher than an average 2.6 heads/piece of the south-north direction(P<0.05);the number of adults trapped by the yellow boards toward four directions reached the highest during 14:00-16:00,indicating that the time of 14:00-16:00 was the peak period of Neosyrista similis activity.
