摘 要:为解决中国西北淡水资源匮乏地区的生活用水问题,根据农村居民家庭用水量的需求,基于光伏膜法苦咸水淡化(PV-BWMD)系统,研发了一套微型光伏纳滤苦咸水淡化(PV-BWNF)系统。通过实验确认了反渗透膜和纳滤膜的除盐及产水能力,比较了使用不同类型增压泵时微型PV-BWMD系统的吨水能耗,优化了微型PV-BWNF系统的光伏阵列装机容量配置,开发了智能控制器,实现了该系统的全自动运行。该微型PVBWNF系统操作简单,运行稳定,产水的水质良好,吨水成本低,能够有效地解决太阳能资源丰富、淡水资源缺乏的中国西北地区的家庭生活用水问题,具有良好的经济性和推广价值。In order to solve the domestic water problem in areas with scarce freshwater resources in Northwest China,this paper a micro PV brackish water nanofiltration desalination(PV-BWNF)system has been research and developed based on the water demand of rural households,using a PV brackish water membrane desalination(PV-BWMD)system.The desalination and water production capabilities of reverse osmosis membrane and nanofiltration membrane are confirmed through experiments.The energy consumption per ton of water of micro PV-BWMD system is compared when using different types of booster pumps.The installed capacity configuration of PV array of micro PV-BWNF system is optimized,and an intelligent controller is developed to achieve fully automatic operation of the system.The micro PV-BWNF system has simple operation,stable operation,good quality of the produced water,and low cost per ton of water.It can effectively solve the problem of household water use in Northwest China,which is rich in solar energy resources and lacking in freshwater resources.It has good economic efficiency and promotion value.
