摘　　要：目的评价持续低负压引流联合冰敷护理在鼻整形术后早期的应用效果。方法回顾我科2019年1月至2020年1月手术治疗的40例鼻整形病例,按照术后术区护理方法的不同分为:对照组(n=20),应用传统的鼻夹板;研究组(n=20),在对照组基础上,术后应用持续低负压引流联合冰敷护理的全新术区管理。比较两组术后早期产生的皮下瘀斑、肿胀、疼痛等不良反应情况。结果本组所有病例均未出现感染、血肿等严重并发症。与对照组比较,研究组术后水肿较轻(P<0.05)、皮下瘀斑和术后疼痛显著降低(P<0.05)。结论持续低负压引流联合冰敷护理可明显改善鼻整形术后的水肿、瘀斑及术区疼痛,且方法简便,可操作性强,便于临床推广。Objective To evaluate the application of low negative pressure suction drainage combined with ice compress in the early stage after rhinoplasty.Methods Forty cases received rhinoplasty in our department from January 2019 to January 2020 were reviewed.The patients were divided into control group(n=20)and study group(n=20)according to the different postoperative nursing methods.The control group was assigned with traditional nasal splints,while the study group,on the basis of the control group,was applied with the continuous low negative pressure suction drainage combined with ice compress care immediately after operation.The effect of alleviating ecchymosis,edema,and pain was observed and compared between the two groups.Results No serious complications such as infection and hematoma occurred in all cases.Compared with the control group,the study group showed less postoperative edema(P<0.05),subcutaneous ecchymosis,and postoperative pain was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of low negative pressure suction drainage combined with ice compress can significantly improve postoperative edema,ecchymosis and pain after rhinoplasty.The care method is easy to conduct and convenient for clinical use.
