摘　　要：本文介绍了印尼爪哇电厂E16型汽轮机超速保护系统的结构组成和保护动作功能,结合上海汽轮机厂同类型机组的E16型汽轮机超速保护系统存在的隐患,总结了该类型机组的汽轮机超速保护系统在E16型布朗卡件参数设置、转速传感器安装环境、超速保护无法在线隔离等方面的问题,提出了改进和优化方案,提高了汽轮机超速保护系统的可靠性。This paper introduces the structural composition and protective action function of the E16 turbine overspeed protection system in Java Power Plant in Indonesia,and,by reference to hidden troubles in the E16 turbine overspeed protection system used on the same type of units identified by Shanghai Turbine Plant,summarizes the problems of the turbine overspeed protection system used on this type of unit such as parameter setting of E16 type Brown card,installation environment of speed sensor and the inability to iso⁃late the overspeed protection online.It also proposes improvement and optimization solutions to enhance the reliability of turbine overspeed protection system.
