摘 要:钢制件热镀锌工艺连续化生产过程涉及多种耗能设备,开发和利用先进的节能技术,提高热镀锌企业产品竞争力,成为影响钢制件热镀锌行业可持续发展的重要前置条件。本文从钢制件热镀锌工艺入手,介绍了钢制件热镀锌工艺的主要节能技术,结合岚山产业园热镀锌项目较低的能耗,分析了该产业节能技术的具体应用,希望对钢制件热镀锌节能工艺的研究引发积极的思考。The continuous production process of hot-dip galvanizing steel parts involves various energy con⁃suming equipment.Developing and utilizing advanced energy-saving technologies to improve the competitive⁃ness of hot-dip galvanizing enterprises has become an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of the hot-dip galvanizing industry for steel parts.This paper starts with the hot-dip galvanizing process for steel parts to introduce the main energy-saving technologies of the hot-dip galvanizing process for steel parts,and analyzes the specific application of energy-saving technology in the Lanshan Industrial Park hotdip galvanizing project.Hopefully,it will contribute to further study on the research of energy-saving technol⁃ogy for hot-dip galvanizing of steel parts.
