摘  要:为研究闽楠幼苗对指数施磷的响应,利用DRIS营养诊断法对闽楠幼苗营养状态进行分析,以1 a生闽楠幼苗为试验材料,设定对照(0 mg/株)、不同指数施肥水平(过磷酸钙,400、800、1200、1600、2000、2400、2800 mg/株)和常规施肥(1600 mg/株)共9个处理,采用DRIS图解法求得闽楠幼苗叶片营养元素诊断参数最适比范围,初步制定闽楠幼苗DRIS指数分级标准,划分其养分浓度诊断范围,并判断指数施肥后闽楠幼苗养分状态。结果显示:(1)DRIS图解法结果表明,指数施肥后,闽楠幼苗叶片氮/磷(N/P)在16.549~18.492之间,钾/磷(K/P)在6.179~7.084之间,氮/钾(N/K)在2.543~2.759之间时,闽楠幼苗叶片N、P、K养分含量平衡。(2)DRIS指数法的结果发现,低产组需肥顺序为K>P>N>Ca>Mg;高产组需肥顺序为K>P>Ca>Mg>N。此外,指数施肥后闽楠幼苗DRIS指数平衡区N为-0.775~31.805、P为-9.901~-1.770、K为-18.734~-2.159、Ca为-21.489~9.27、Mg为1.012~15.450。(3)营养诊断临界标准平衡区N为24.773~27.964 mg/g、P为1.465~1.624 mg/g、K为9.250~9.995 mg/g、Ca为9.168~9.653 mg/g、Mg为0.453~0.796 mg/g。可得结论:闽楠幼苗指数施肥较常规施肥养分更为平衡,指数施磷肥总量为1600~2400 mg/株时,闽楠幼苗N、P、K、Ca、Mg养分含量基本处于平衡状态。To explore the response of Phoebe bournei Yang seedlings to exponential phosphorus fertilization,the leaf nutritional status of P.bournei seedlings was analyzed by DRIS nutritional diagnosis,which provides scientific basis for fertilization regime and high-quality seedling cultivation.One-year-old seedlings of P.bournei were selected as research objectives to applied nine treatments:control(0 mg/plant),different exponential fertilization levels(Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O,400,800,1200,1600,2000,2400,2800 mg/plant)and conventional fertilization(1600 mg/plant).The optimum ratio range of diagnostic parameters of nutrient elements in the leaves of P.bournei seedlings was performed by DRIS graphic approach.The DRIS index grading standard of P.bournei seedlings was preliminarily established,and then divided the diagnostic range of nutrient concentration and evaluated the nutrient status of P.bournei seedlings.The results of DRIS graphic diagnosis showed that after exponential fertilization,N/P,K/P and N/K ranged 16.549-18.492,6.179-7.084 and 2.543-2.759,respectively.The nutrient contents of N,P and K reached a balanced status.According to the diagnosis of DRIS index,the order of fertilizer requirement in low yield group was K>P>N>Ca>Mg;high yield group was K>P>Ca>Mg>N.In addition,the DRIS index balance zone of P.bournei seedlings after exponential fertilization was:N=-0.775-31.805;P=-9.901--1.770;K=-18.734--2.159;Ca=-21.489-9.273;Mg=1.012-15.450.The standard balance of bound area of nutritional diagnosis was:N,24.773-27.964 mg/g;P,1.465-1.624 mg/g;K,9.250-9.995 mg/g;Ca,9.168-9.653 mg/g;Mg,0.453-0.796 mg/g.Exponential fertilization of P.bournei seedlings is favorable fertilizer regime than conventional fertilization.The total amount of exponential fertilization was 1600-2400 mg/g,the elemental contents of N,P,K,Ca and Mg in P.bournei seedlings were more balanced.
