摘 要:采用化学分析、XRD分析等方法对小粒度硅石成分、矿物组成以及有用、有害元素物质状态等进行测定;通过试验研究,验证色选机在小粒度硅石选矿提纯中是可行的。试验中色选合格品与原料相比SiO2含量从98.36%提升至98.71%,Al脱除率为91.62%、Ca脱除率为80.12%、Fe脱除率为78.76%、Ti脱除率为84.40%、P脱除率为75.51%。经过色选提纯,小粒硅石质量得到大幅提升,为提高工业硅冶炼资源综合利用率提供技术支撑。Chemical analysis,XRD analysis methods and the other methods have been used for study on composition,mineral composition and useful elements,harmful elements,physical state and the other features of small particle size silica,it is verified that color sorter can be used for beneficiation and purification of small particle size silica through experimental study.In the experiment,SiO2 content in the color sorting qualified products is higher than SiO2 content in raw materials,which is increased from 98.36%to 98.71%,Al removal rate is 91.62%,Ca removal rate is 80.12%,Fe removal rate is 78.76%,Ti removal rate is 84.40%,P removal rate is 75.51%.Quality of silica with small particle size increased greatly after color sorting purification,it can provide technical support to increasing resource comprehensive utilization of industrial silicon smelting.
