摘  要:针对PS转炉生产中转炉渣含铜控制存在的问题,分析了转炉渣含铜的影响因素,结合生产实践将转炉吹炼一周期冷料率控制在20%以下,并进行冷料分类处理。通过采取了两级静置放渣操作,即炉内静置(3~5)min,倒入6 m3渣包再静置(10~25)min;炉口一体浇铸等关键措施,使转炉渣含铜控制在5.5%左右。Copper content control in converter slag has problem in PS converter production,therefore,the influencing factors for copper content in converter slag was analyzed,the cold charge rate was controlled below 20%after converter blowing for one cycle combining with the production practices,then cold charge classification processing was carried out.Two-stage standing slag tapping was adopted,slag was standing in the converter for(3~5)min,then tapping into sludge ladle and standing for(10~25)min;one-piece casting at the converter mouth and the other critical measures were taken,so that the copper content in the slag was controlled about 5.5%.
