摘 要:为保证批量生产部件轴向装配间隙达到技术要求,同时提高装配效率、缩短生产周期、降低生产成本,以某减速器轴向间隙要求为具体研究对象,应用装配尺寸链理论和概率理论对其误差分布范围及分布规律进行分析和计算,在此基础上按三种不同设计思路对轴向间隙调整垫片进行了全面、系统的设计,并详细分析和比较了三种设计方法各自的应用特点。研究表明:在优先关注“不需装垫片概率”的基础上,根据能否将调整垫片的设计纳入关联零件的设计过程,来选择设计方法,同时通过概率分析科学合理地确定不同厚度调整垫片的储备量,可实现装配质量和效益双丰收。Axial clearance requirements of one speed reducer was taken as research subject in order to guarantee the massproduced axial assembly clearance can meet the technical requirements,assembly efficiency can be increased,production cycle can be shortened,production cost can be reduced at the same time.Assembling dimension chain and probability theory has been used to analyze and calculate the error distribution range and distribution rule,then three different design ways were adopted for comprehensive,systematic design of axial clearance gasket,and application features of three kinds of design were analyzed and compared in detail.Research results show:on the basic of priority on"the probability of no gasket required",the design method can be selected according to the actual situation if the design of adjustment gasket was taken into account the design process of associated parts,and the reserve volume of adjustment gasket with different thickness can be scientific and reasonable confirmed through probabilistic analysis,it can success in assembly quality and benefit.
