摘 要:本研究采用WC004-A,WC004-B的两种超细碳化钨粉末,在不同的烧结温度下制备硬质合金,利用扫描电镜和激光粒度仪等检测方法对碳化钨粉末进行表征,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对合金显微组织进行分析。研究在不同烧结温度下超细碳化钨粉末的均匀性对硬质合金金相组织结构以及物理力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,超细碳化钨粉末均匀性会影响硬质合金的均匀性,并且烧结温度也是关键的影响因素,比表面积2.7m^(2)/g,激光粒度分布(D90-D10)/D50为1.54的超细碳化钨粉末,在1 390℃烧结后可以制备出显微组织均匀,性能优异的超细晶硬质合金。In this paper,two kinds of ultra-fine WC powder WC004-A and WC004-B were used to prepare cemented carbide at different sintering temperatures.The WC powder was characterized by scanning electron microscope and laser particle size analyzer,and the microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by metallography microscope and scanning electron microscope.The effects of the uniformity of ultra-fine WC powder on the microstructure and physical and mechanical properties of cemented carbide at different sintering temperatures were studied.The results show that the uniformity of ultra-fine WC powder affects the microstructure of cemented carbide,and the sintering temperature is also a key influencing factor.The ultra-fine cemented carbide with uniform microstructure and excellent performance can be realized sintered at 1390℃ by using the ultra-fine WC powder with specific surface area of 2.7 m^(2)/g and laser particle size distribution(D90-D10)/D50 of 1.54.
