摘 要:采用粉末冶金热等静压工艺得到Ta-10W合金块体材料,材料中的氧含量强烈影响合金的强度和塑性,通过真空热处理的方法可一定程度地降低材料中的氧含量。实验研究了不同尺寸大小的粉末冶金热等静压Ta-10W合金块体材料,对真空热处理后材料的氧含量、微观组织和力学性能的变化情况进行系统分析,希望对粉末冶金热等静压Ta-10W合金工件制备提供理论参考。结果表明:真空度、热处理温度、试样尺寸是影响材料中氧元素的关键因素。在温度和真空度一定的情况下,材料本身的尺寸对氧含量的影响变化很大,较小尺寸的试样在一定条件下可以降低氧含量,但较大尺寸试样的芯部中的氧含量难以下降,长时间的高温真空热处理,会导致材料脆化,密度降低。Ta-10W alloy bulk material was obtained by powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing process.The oxygen content in the material strongly affects the strength and plasticity of the alloy,and the oxygen content in the material can be reduced to some extent by vacuum heat treatment.The bulk materials of powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing Ta-10W alloy with different sizes were studied experimentally,and the changes of oxygen content,microstructure and mechanical properties of the materials after vacuum heat treatment were systematically analyzed,hoping to provide theoretical reference for the preparation of powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing Ta-10W alloy workpieces.The results show that vacuum degree,heat treatment temperature and sample size are the key factors affecting oxygen in the material.When the temperature and vacuum degree are constant,the size of the material itself has a great influence on the oxygen content.Under certain conditions,the oxygen content of the smaller sample can be reduced,but the oxygen content in the core of the larger sample is difficult to decrease.Long-term high-temperature vacuum heat treatment will lead to embrittlement and density reduction of the material.
