摘  要:无钢球磨矿工艺是磨矿领域节能降耗的革命性举措,而探究高压辊磨产品中能否实现瓷球替换钢球是目前亟待攻克的技术难题。本研究针对柿竹园钨矿高压辊磨后的给矿产品,研究了瓷球、钢球以及瓷球与钢球混合等试验方案对磨矿产品粒度分布的影响。研究结果表明,-3 mm钨矿石瓷球磨矿的最佳条件为磨矿浓度67%~70%,充填率为38%,球径配比Φ40 mm:Φ30 mm:Φ25 mm为50%:30%:20%。瓷球对于细颗粒的研磨作用可以达到钢球的磨矿效果,但因瓷球缺少钢球介质的强冲击力,对粗颗粒研磨效果不如钢球。采取瓷球与钢球混合磨矿,随着钢球占比的上升,磨矿产品中-0.3 mm和-0.075 mm含量均呈上升趋势。当钢球添加量达12.5%时,磨矿产品-0.3 mm粒级含量可以接近全钢球磨矿,故采用混合介质磨矿可替代钢球作高压辊磨产品的研磨介质。The non-steel-ball grinding process is a revolutionary measure in the field of grinding to save energy,and the current technological challenge is to explore whether ceramic balls can replace steel balls in products of high pressure grinding roller(HPGR).The effects of different experimental schemes including ceramic balls,steel balls,and mixtures of ceramic balls and steel balls on the particle size distribution of the grinding product are investigated for the feeding ore products after HPGR grinding of tungsten mine in Shibazhu.The results shows that the optimal conditions for grinding-3 mm tungsten ore with ceramic balls are grinding concentration of 67%~70%,filling rate of 38%,and ball diameter ratio ofΦ40 mm:Φ30 mm:Φ25 mm of 50%:30%:20%.The grinding effect of ceramic balls on fine particles can be comparable to that of steel balls,but due to the lack of strong impact force of steel balls,their grinding effect oncoarse particles is not as good as that of steel balls.When using a mixtureof ceramic balls and steel balls for grinding,as the proportion of steel balls increases,the content of-0.3 mm and-0.075 mm in the grinding product increases.When the addition amount of steel balls reaches 12.5%,the content of-0.3 mm particle sizegrade in the grinding product can approach that of all-steel-ball grinding,so the mixed medium grinding can replace steel balls as the grinding medium for products of HPGR.
