摘  要:基于磨矿试验与数学建模方法,以0.3~0.15 mm粒级的方解石、磁铁矿和石英3种纯矿物为研究对象,对不同矿物磨矿粒度分布特性及粒度分布数学模型拟合公式进行了研究。结果表明,当给矿体积相同时,立磨机对方解石的粉碎效果最好,石英次之,磁铁矿最差。运用GGS粒度分布模型和RR粒度分布模型对磨矿产品的粒度分布进行拟合,当不同矿物粒度分布相似时,GGS模型和RR模型能得到相似的拟合结果。从拟合度判定系数R2值的分布来看,GGS模型更适合用于拟合立磨机中瓷球磨矿产品的粒度分布。Based on the grinding test and mathematical modelling method,three pure minerals,calcite,magnetite and quartz of 0.3~0.15 mm particle size,were studied to investigate the particle size distribution characteristics of different minerals grinding and the mathematical model fitting formula of particle size distribution.The results show that when the feed volume is same,the vertical mill has the best crushing effect on calcite,followed by quartz and the worst on magnetite.The Gates-Gaudin-Schuhmann(GGS)size distribution model and the Rosin-Rammler(RR)size distribution model were used to fit the particle size distribution of the grinding products,and the GGS and RR models could give similar results when the size distribution of minerals were similar.The GGS model is more suitable for fitting the particle size distribution of ceramic ball grinding products in vertical mills in terms of the distribution of the R^(2) value of the goodness-of-fit determination coefficient.
