摘 要:为解决钢球磨矿能耗高、球耗高、过磨严重等问题,推进瓷球磨矿的工业应用刻不容缓。本研究以龙桥铁矿铁粗精矿再磨给矿为研究对象,进行实验室瓷球磨矿研究,重点考察了单一球径、磨矿时间、磨矿浓度、介质充填率及瓷球配比等因素影响。结果表明,瓷球最佳磨矿参数与配比分别为:磨矿时间3 min,磨矿浓度67%,瓷球充填率为40%;瓷球配比为Φ30 mm:Φ25 mm:Φ20 mm=20%:20%:60%,混合球径23 mm。在该条件下与钢球磨矿进行了磁选效果对比试验,取得了良好的分选效果,瓷球磨矿产品的磁选尾矿铁品位显著降低,且精矿回收率与铁品位均有提升。将实验室研究成果推广至工业应用,确定了瓷球与钢球混加制度。工业试验结果表明,磨矿产品粒度特性得到改善,铁精矿的产率与回收率分别提高了3.97个百分点与2.78个百分点;溢流型球磨机运行电流下降23.5 A,实际电耗降幅高达30%;球耗成本下降633.6元/t,降幅为52.11%,节能降本增效效果显著。In order to deal with high energy consumption,high ball consumption and serious overgrinding of steel ball grinding,it is urgent to promote the industrial application of ceramic ball grinding.In this study,a laboratory ceramic ball grinding study was carried out on the regrinding of iron crude concentrate feed ore from Longqiao iron ore mine,focusing on the effects of single diameter of a ball,grinding time,grinding concentration,medium charge ratio and the proportion of ceramic ball.The results show the optimum grinding parameters and ratios:grinding time of 3 min,grinding concentration of 67%,ceramic ball packing fraction of 40%,ceramic ball ratio ofΦ30 mm:Φ25 mm:Φ20 mm=20%:20%:60%and the diameter of recirculation mixing sphere of 23 mm.A comparative test of the magnetic separation effect was carried out with steel ball milling under these conditions and good separation results were achieved,with a significant reduction in the iron grade of the magnetic separation tailings of the porcelain ball milling product and an increase in recovery rate of concentrate and iron grade.The magnetic separation tailing iron grade was significantly reduced,and the concentrate recovery and iron grade were both improved.The results of the laboratory research were further extended to industrial applications,and the mixing system of ceramic balls and steel balls was established.The industrial results showed that the particle size characteristics of the grinding product were improved,and the yield and recovery of iron concentrate were increased by 3.97 and 2.78 percentage points respectively;the operating current of the overflow ball mill was reduced by 23.5 A,and the actual electricity consumption was reduced by up to 30%;the cost of ball consumption was reduced by RMB 633.6/t,down 52.11%,which means remarkable energy saving and cost reduction.
