摘　　要：针对铁路货车因120紧急阀体内进入的蜡质物,在运用过程中常用制动引发的紧急制动对列车运行安全造成危害的问题,从制动阀制作工艺、源头质量、检修过程控制等方面进行研究,结合实际故障情况,分析制动阀内部蜡质物对其制动性能造成的影响,提出防止蜡质物进入制动阀相应的解决措施,保障了列车运行安全。In view of the recent failure of emergency braking caused by wax foreign matter in 120 emergency valve body during service braking,this paper starts from the aspects of brake valve process,source quality and maintenance process control,combined with the actual failure,deeply analyzes the impact of wax on the performance of brake valve,analyzes the causes,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
