摘  要:隧道二次衬砌背后脱空是隧道施工质量控制的重点和难点。针对该问题,在铜鼓岭隧道施工中采用核心组合工业视频内窥镜和防脱空预警系统以及辅助措施:三维激光扫描技术、可视化端头模板、拱顶带模注浆工艺,有效的避免和减少了该隧道二衬的脱空,提高了隧道的施工质量。The void behind the secondary lining of a tunnel is the key and difficult point of tunnel construction quality control.In response to this problem,the core combination of industrial video endoscope and anti void early warning system as well as auxiliary measures such as three-dimensional laser scanning technology,visual end formwork,and arch crown belt mold grouting technology were adopted in the construction of Tonggul⁃ing Tunnel,effectively preventing and reducing the void of the secondary lining of the tunnel,and improv⁃ing the construction quality of the tunnel.
