摘　　要：针对有砟轨道在自然环境和人类活动的影响下造成的道床两边砟石散落、不规整、坡度不达标等现实情况,设计了一种小型单边道床边坡石砟收集整理机,在防倾覆轮保障设备安全的条件下,利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)对整砟机构位置及角度进行调节,确保整砟设备能将边坡砟石整理到指定位置,有效提高了整理边坡石砟的效率。Aiming at the actual situation such as scattered,irregular and substandard slope of ballast on both sides of the ballast track caused by the influence of the natural environment and human activities on the ballast track,a small unilateral ballast collection and finishing machine for the side slope of the ballast bed was designed.under the condition that the anti-tipping wheel safeguards the equipment,the position and angle of the ballast adjustment mechanism are regulated to ensure that the ballast adjustment equipment can ar⁃range the slope ballast to the designated position,The equipment effectively improves the efficiency of fin⁃ishing the slope stone ballast.
