凭祥铁路进境水果指定口岸设计要点分析

摘　　要：目前中国进境水果主要通过公路或者航空指定口岸进入我国,国内尚未建设铁路进境水果指定口岸。近年来进出口贸易量增加,公路边境货车堵车非常严重,而铁路运力大有富余,对铁路进境水果指定口岸进行研究建设势在必行。基于凭祥铁路口岸现状、联检部门相关政策法规等,对进境水果指定口岸的功能布局、作业流程、进境水果安全设计、海关查验平台等设计要点进行研究,提出有效的方案。Based on the current situation of Pingxiang railway port and relevant policies and regulations of joint in⁃spection departments,this paper studies the design points of the designated port of imported fruit,such as functional layout,operation process,safety design of imported fruit and customs inspection platform,and puts forward effective schemes.
