摘 要:国际照明委员会(CIE)在最新出版的CIE 251:2023中发布了用于光度校准的标准光谱L41,这是CIE继1931年标准照明体A之后的另一种基于LED的用于光度计量的照明体,是光度计量史上近百年来的首次变化,必将对光度计量领域产生重大的影响。本文介绍了L41产生的背景、光谱分布选择方法和过程、LED标准灯的光谱分布与L41光谱失配的评价方法。基于分析比较L41与A光源的差异和特点,提出了我国建立基于LED的光度量值传递体系的路线图。The International Commission on Illumination(CIE)recently published the LED reference spectrum for photometer calibration(CIE 251:2023),which defines a new LED illuminant L41.This is the first change of illuminant in the field of photometry since illuminant A was issued in 1931,and it will bring great changes to photometry.This paper introduces the background of the birth of L41,the basic criterion to define the spectral distribution of L41,the method of evaluating the spectral distribution mismatch of normal LED standard lamp with L41.Based on the analysis and comparison of the differences and characteristics between L41 and A light sources,the road map for establishing the photometric value transfer system based on LED in China is proposed.
