摘 要:Adaptive Driving Beam(ADB)是一种智能远光灯系统。与传统的汽车前照灯相比,该系统不仅可以满足驾驶者的视野需求,还可以通过控制LED的亮灭,达到防眩目的效果,从而降低安全事故发生率。LED投射式ADB系统已广泛应用于量产项目,而LED反射式ADB因其对加工精度、LED装配误差等要求高,行业内研究及其使用较少。本文基于非成像光学理论,通过LucidShape软件模拟计算,合理划分反射碗区域,并控制相应LED的亮灭,以此实现自适应远光功能。该方法将对后续LED反射式ADB前照灯设计具有一定的指导作用。Adaptive Driving Beam(ADB)is an intelligent high beam system.Compared with traditional car headlamps,this system can not only meet the driver’s vision needs,but also achieve the effect of anti-glare by controlling the LED on and off,thereby reducing the incidence of safety accidents.LED projection ADB system has been widely used in mass production projects,while LED reflective ADB has high requirements on processing accuracy,LED assembly error,etc.,and there are few studies and uses in the industry.Based on the theory of non-imaging optics,this paper uses LucidShape software to simulate and calculate,reasonably divide the reflecting bowl area,and control the corresponding LED’s light on and off,so as to realize the self-adaptive high beam function.This method will have a certain guiding role in the design of subsequent LED reflective ADB headlamps.
