摘 要:采用LES方法模拟研究双炬射流形式强化混合的等离子体反应器炬内轴向偏转角与动量比对流场结构及流体混合的影响。从平均流场、瞬时流场、湍流统计分析和混合特征进行了详细的分析,研究结果表明:高温对撞射流会产生偏斜振荡现象,振荡的相互作用会产生涡旋运动,混合流体的流动模式由涡旋对决定。增大偏转角后,涡量强度提升,短距离内温度与速度脉动更加显著,扩散效果更强,热等离子体射流对冷空气的卷吸作用会增强,物料的混合效果更好。The effects of axial deflection angle and momentum ratio on the flow field structure and fluid mixing in a plasma reactor with en⁃hanced mixing in the form of dual-torch jets are studied by LES method.From the average flow field,instantaneous flow field,turbulent flow statistical analysis and mixing characteristics are analyzed in detail,the research results show that the high temperature colliding jet will pro⁃duce deflection oscillation phenomenon,the interaction of oscillation will produce eddy motion,the flow of mixed fluid The mode is determined by the vortex pair.After the deflection angle is increased,the vorticity strength is improved,the temperature and velocity pulsations in a short distance are more significant,the diffusion effect is stronger,the entrainment effect of the thermal plasma jet on the cold air will be enhanced,and the material mixing effect will be better.
