市场一体化对经济增长的影响——基于国内31省市面板数据的空间计量分析

摘　　要：建设全国统一大市场是构建新发展格局的基础支撑和内在要求。文章基于2010—2019年国内31省市的数据,以空间杜宾模型为依托,分析市场一体化水平对经济增长的空间效应。提高市场一体化水平可以有效打破“看不见”的壁垒,促进资源高效流通和区域间的经济发展;提高对外开放水平能为地区引进先进的管理理念及充足的发展资金,在助推经济发展的同时能倒逼当地企业加强核心竞争力;可支配收入随经济水平的提高而增长,但由于“炒房热”的存在及收入异质性的影响使得消费水平对经济增长的影响结果与普遍认知相悖;公路、高铁等传统基础设施建设对经济的支撑作用下降,要求加强物联网、新能源基站、人工智能等新时代与人民生活联系更紧密的新型基础设施的规划投入。Building a unified national market is the basic support and internal requirement for building a new development pattern.Based on the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper analyzes the spatial effct of market integration level on economic growth based on the spatial Dubin model.The research shows that improving the level of market integration can effectively break the"invisible"barrier,promote the efficient circulation of resources and the economic development between regions;Improving the level of opening to the outside world can introduce advanced management concepts and sufficient development funds for the region,and can force local enterprises to strengthen their core competitiveness while boosting economic development;Economic growth makes disposable income increase,but factors such as real estate speculation and income heterogeneity make the impact of consumption level on the economy contrary to the general understanding;The supporting role of traditional infrastructure construction,such as roads and high-speed railways,on the economy has declined,which requires strengthening the planning and investment of new infrastructure,such as the Intemet of Things,new energy base stations and artificial intelligence,which are more closely related to people's lives in the new era.
