摘 要:目的调查新疆某三甲医院护理人员软技能及自我效能现状,进一步探讨护理人员软技能影响因素,进而为医院管理者制订护理人员培养计划提供参考。方法将新疆某三甲医院护理人员作为调查对象,通过一般资料调查表和护理软技能测评量表进行调查。结果护理人员护理软技能测评量表总分为(160.65±11.87)分;不同年龄、民族、从事护理工作年限、职称、职务、能级、初始学历、有无学历变化、是否为带教教师的护理人员护理软技能测评量表得分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理人员软技能与自我效能呈相关关系;年龄、民族、能级及自我效能是护理人员护理软技能的影响因素。结论护理人员软技能总体处于一般水平,管理者应针对影响护理人员软技能的因素,有针对性地制订培养计划,提高护理人员整体素质及护理服务质量。Objective To investigate the current situation of soft skills and self-efficacy of nursing staff in a Grade-A hospital in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and further explore the influencing factors of soft skills of nursing staff,so as to provide reference for hospital managers to formulate training plans for nursing staff.Methods The nursing staff of a Grade-A hospital in Xinjiang were taken as the survey objects through the general data questionnaire and the nursing soft skills assessment scale.Results The total score of nursing soft skills assessment scale for nursing staffs was(160.65±11.87);There were statistically significant differences in the scores of nursing soft skills assessment scale among the nursing staffs with different ages,nationalities,years of nursing work,titles,positions,levels of ability,initial educational background,educational background and whether they were teachers or not(P<0.05),soft skills and self-efficacy are correlated;age,ethnicity,energy level and self-efficacy are the influencing factors of nursing soft skills.Conclusion The soft skills of nursing staff′s are at the general level,and the managers should make targeted training plans for the factors affecting the soft skills of nursing staff′s,so as to improve the overall quality of nursing staff and the quality of nursing services.
