摘　　要：对传统的3种失能老人照护模式进行利弊分析,在此基础上对以互联网为支撑的“医养家”、互助式、医养结合3种新照护模式进行综述,并从模式概念、运行方法、政策支持、经济基础等方面分析新型照护模式的可行性,以期为不同特征的失能老人寻求适宜的照护模式,从而保障失能老人的日常生活照料与医疗护理,推进我国失能老人长期照护体系的不断完善与发展。This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three traditional care modes for the disabled elderly,and on this basis,summarizes the three new care modes of"medical support family"mutual assistance and combination of medical and care supported by the Internet.It also analyzes the feasibility of the new care mode from the aspects of model concept,operation method,policy support,and economic foundation.The aim is to seek suitable care models for disabled elderly with different characteristics,thereby ensuring their daily life care and medical care,and promoting the continuous improvement and development of China's long-term care system for disabled elderly.
