摘 要:为了抑制铝-空气电池阳极的自腐蚀速率、提高其放电性能,选用6061铝合金作为阳极材料,研究了单独添加和复合添加聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)和氧化锌(ZnO)对铝合金在4 mol/L NaOH溶液中自腐蚀及放电性能的影响。结果表明:PAAS/ZnO复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果强于单一缓蚀剂。复合缓蚀剂在促进阳极活化的同时,在铝阳极表面形成了更加稳定的复合保护膜,有效减缓了阳极的析氢自腐蚀,提高了阳极利用率。在NaOH+PAAS+ZnO电解液体系中,6061铝合金的溶解主要由电荷在腐蚀产物或锌盐沉积层中的扩散控制。加入复合缓蚀剂后,6061铝合金的自腐蚀速率由0.4964 mg/(cm^(2)·min)降至0.2750 mg/(cm^(2)·min),缓蚀效率达到44.6%,同时平均放电电压由-1.381 V负移至-1.681 V,阳极利用率提高了13.5%,铝-空气电池的放电性能得到明显改善。For suppressing the self-corrosion rate of the anode of aluminum-air battery and improving its discharge performance,the effects of adding sodium polyacrylate(PAAS)or zinc oxide(ZnO)alone or adding them both on the self-corrosion and discharge properties of aluminum alloy in 4mol/L NaOH solution were studied using 6061 aluminum alloy as anode material.Results showed that the effect of PAAS/ZnO composite corrosion inhibitor was better than that of single corrosion inhibitor.The composite corrosion inhibitor not only promoted the activation of the anode,but also formed a more stable composite protective film on the surface of aluminum anode,which effectively slowed down the self-corrosion of hydrogen evolution and improved the utilization rate of the anode.In NaOH+PAAS+ZnO electrolytic liquid system,the dissolution of 6061 aluminum alloy was mainly controlled by the diffusion of charge in corrosion products or zinc salt deposition layer.After adding the composite corrosion inhibitor,the self-corrosion rate of 6061 aluminum alloy decreased from 0.4964 mg/(cm^(2)·min)to 0.2750 mg/(cm^(2)·min).Meanwhile,the inhibition rate reached 44.6%,the discharge voltage decreased from-1.381 V to-1.681 V,and the anode utilization rate increased by 13.5%.In general,the discharge performance of aluminum-air battery was obviously improved.
