摘 要:阐述了困难气道管理的重要性和三维重建的优势,介绍了三维重建在预测上、下气道异常中的应用现状,从提高气管插管成功率、确定插管深度和优化导管型号选择方面分析了三维重建在辅助困难气道插管中的应用现状,指出了三维重建在困难气道管理中的局限性,展望了未来三维重建技术将辅助麻醉医师制订更加安全、合适的气道管理计划,提高围术期医疗质量。The importance of difficult airway management and the advantages of 3D reconstruction were described.The current application status of 3D reconstruction in predicting upper and lower airway abnormalities was introduced.The present application status of 3D reconstruction in assisting difficult airway intubation was analyzed in terms of improving the success rate of tracheal intubation,determining intubation depth and optimizing catheter type selection.The limitations of 3D reconstruction in difficult airway management were expounded.It's pointed out 3D reconstruction technology would assist anesthesiologists in developing safe and appropriate airway management plans to improve the quality of perioperative care in the future.
