适用于设施化栽培榆黄蘑菌株品种的筛选

摘　　要：以8株榆黄蘑菌株22PC-1、22PC-2、22PC-4、22PC-8、22PC-11、32PC-13、52PC-14、22PC-20为供试材料,采用DUS测试指南,研究了菌株真实性鉴定、生育期调查、表型性状统计分析及相关性分析进行优良菌株的筛选。结果表明:8株供试菌株分别进行两两对峙培养,菌株间均可产生拮抗现象,表明8株供试菌株均为真实性菌株;生育期调查表明菌株22PC-2生育期较短;表型性状统计分析结果表明供试8株菌株的变异范围为22%~47%;相关性分析结果表明菌柄长度与产量呈正相关,即菌柄越长产量越高。综上,菌株22PC-1(每丛子实体数目较多、菌柄长度较长、产量较高、生育期较短)和菌株22PC-20(菌盖直径较大、菌盖颜色黄、商品性好)性状优良,适用于榆黄蘑设施化生产。Using 8 strains of Pleurotus citrinopileatu 22PC-1,22PC-2,22PC-4,22PC-8,22PC-11,32PC-13,52PC-14 and 22PC-20 as test materials,the authenticity identification,growth period investigation,statistical analysis of phenotypic characters and correlation analysis of strains were studied to screen the superior strains by using the test method of DUS test guide.The results showed that the 8 strains were cultured in pairs,and the antagonistic phenomenon could be produced among the strains,indicating that the 8 strains were authentic strains.The growth period investigation showed that the growth period of strain 22PC-2 was short.The statistical analysis results of phenotypic characters showed that the variation range of 8 strains tested was 22%-47%.The correlation analysis results showed that the length of stipe was positively correlated with the yield,the longer the stipe was the higher the yield.In conclusion,strain 22PC-1(more fruiting bodies per clump,longer stipe length,higher yield and shorter growth period)and 22PC-20(larger pileus diameter,yellow pileus color and good merchantability)were screened out,which were suitable for industrialized cultivation of Pleurotus citrinopileatu.
