辨证施针配合揿针贴穴治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证施针配合揿针贴穴治疗产后尿潴留患者的临床疗效。方法:收集产后尿潴留患者60例,随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组给予中医辨证施针配合揿针贴穴治疗,对照组采取新斯的明1mg肌肉注射治疗,治疗1次后进行疗效分析评估。结果:研究组整体临床疗效显著高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用辨证施针配合揿针贴穴治疗产后尿潴留的疗效明显优于肌肉注射新斯的明疗法,且方法简便、产妇配合度高。Objective:This paper mainly discusses the clinical effect of dialectical acupuncture plus thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding on patients having postpartum urinary retention.Methods:There were sixty patients having postpartum urinary retention gathered and they were divided equally into study group and control group without any setting conditions.The patients in study group were given treatment of dialectical acupuncture plus thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding,while the patients in control group took neostigmine 1mg intramuscular injection therapy.After one treatment,the efficacy was analyzed and evaluated.Results:The overall clinical efficacy of the study group was far better than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of dialectical acupuncture plus thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention is obviously better than that of neostigmine intramuscular injection therapy,the method simple and the degree of puerpera cooperation high.
