摘 要:随着风电机组日益向大型化的方向发展,对风电机组偏航制动盘强度校核的精确度要求也越来越严格,因此,迫切需要采用更符合实际的有限元方法来校核偏航制动盘的强度。针对绑定接触算法难以获得偏航制动盘实际受力状态的问题,以某MW级风电机组偏航制动盘为研究对象,对其进行了极限强度校核、疲劳强度校核和对比计算。首先,基于GL规范,采用节点自由度耦合的方法,模拟了偏航制动盘的实际受力状态,计算了偏航制动盘的全工况极限强度,得到了最小极限安全系数;然后,计算了偏航制动盘的单位疲劳工况,得到了载荷与应力关系,利用疲劳分析软件Fe-safe,并结合疲劳载荷谱及板材的S-N曲线,对其进行了疲劳强度评估;最后,将其结果与偏航制动盘采用绑定接触算法所得计算结果进行了对比。研究结果表明:偏航制动盘的极限强度安全系数和疲劳强度安全系数均大于1,满足强度设计要求;采用节点自由度耦合的方法可以有效地控制载荷在某个方向的传递,更真实地模拟偏航制动盘的受力状态,同时也证明了其结果的合理性。With the development of large-scale wind turbines,the accuracy of strength check of yaw brake discs of wind turbines is becoming more and more strict.Therefore,it is urgent to adopt a more realistic finite element method to check the strength of yaw brake discs.Aiming at the problem that the binding contact algorithm was difficult to obtain the actual force state of yaw brake disc,taking yaw brake disc of a MW wind turbine as the research object,the ultimate strength check,fatigue strength check and comparative calculation were carried out.Firstly,based on GL specification,the node degrees of freedom(DOF)coupling method was used to simulate the actual force state of the yaw brake disc,the ultimate strength of the yaw brake disc in the whole working condition was calculated and the minimum ultimate safety factor was obtained.Then,the unit fatigue condition of yaw brake disc was calculated,the relationship between load and stress was obtained,and the fatigue strength was evaluated by using fatigue analysis software Fe-Safe combined with fatigue load spectrum and S-N curve of plate.Finally,the calculation results were compared with those obtained by binding contact algorithm for yaw brake disc.The results show that the safety factors of ultimate strength and fatigue strength of yaw brake disc are greater than 1,which meet the strength requirements.Moreover,the method of coupling node degrees of freedom can effectively control the load transfer in a certain direction,and more truly simulate the force state of yaw brake disc,which proves the rationality of the result.
