摘  要:对含0.44%C、5.04%Cr、3.01%Mo、1.01%Ni、0.69%V和0.69%W(质量分数)的中碳刃具钢分别进行了1 000、1 025和1 050℃油淬和500℃、520℃和540℃回火。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度试验和冲击试验等检测了钢的显微组织、力学性能、硬度和冲击试样的断口形貌。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,钢的硬度先上升后下降,520℃回火的钢硬度最高;随着回火温度的升高,钢的冲击韧度升高,冲击断口由撕裂棱、解理断裂面和准解理断裂面组成;1 050℃油淬和520℃回火的钢力学性能最佳。A type of medium-carbon cutting tool steel,containing 0.44%C,5.04%Cr,3.01%Mo,1.01%Ni,0.69%V and 0.69%W by mass,was quenched in oil from 1000,1025 and 1050℃,and then tempered at 500,520 and 540℃.After this,The steel was tested for microstructure,mechanical properties,hardness and pattern of impact specimen fracture via optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and Rockwell hardness test and impact test.The results showed that(a)with the increase in tempering temperature,the hardness of the steel increased at first and then decreased,and the steel tempered at 520℃ had maximum hardness;(b)as tempering temperature was increased,so too did the impact toughness of the steel,and the impact fracture consisted of tearing edge,cleavage face and quasi-cleavage face;and(c)the steel quenched from 1050 C in oil and tempered at 520℃ exhibited optimum mechanical properties.
