摘  要:对直径为20 mm、含12.72%Cr、0.24%C、0.48%Si、0.54%Mn、0.022%P、0.138%Ni和0.016%S(质量分数)的2Cr13马氏体不锈钢试棒分别进行了940℃保温30 min、60 min、90 min和120 min油淬和600℃回火3 h油冷。此后检测了试棒的表面硬度、力学性能、显微组织及冲击断口的微观形貌和夹杂物成分。结果表明:在940℃加热的时间对试棒的表面硬度基本没有影响;940℃保温60 min油淬随后600℃回火的2Cr13钢冲击韧度最好,为30.3 J,显微组织为回火索氏体和很少量的铁素体。2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel test bars 20 mm in diameter,containing 12.72%Cr,0.24%C,0.48%Si,0.54%Mn,0.022%P,0.138%Ni and 0.016%S by mass,were austenitized at 940℃for 30,60,90 and 120 min and quenched in oil,respectively,and then tempered at 600℃for 3 h and cooled in oil.After this,the test bars were tested for surface hardness,mechanical properties,microstructure,as well as microscopic appearance and inclusion composition of the impact fracture.The results showed that(a)the duration of heating at 940℃had little or no effect on surface hardness of the test bar;and(b)the 2Cr13 steel austenitized at 940 C for 60 mm and quenched in oil and then tempered at 600℃exhibited as the best impact toughness as 30.3 J,and the microstructure consisting of tempered sorbite and slightly amount of ferrite.
