摘  要:某电厂屏式过热器管发生泄漏。对泄漏的屏式过热器管进行了宏观检查、金相检验、硬度测定、室温拉伸试验。结果表明:中间管屏附近外圈温度较高,与内圈温度有差异,因而二者的热膨胀量有差异而产生局部应力集中。此外,过热器管中夹杂物较多、硬度偏高。正是这两个因素导致屏式过热器管开裂而泄漏。The platen superheater tube leaked in a power plant.Macro check,metallographic examination,hardness test,and room-temperature tensile test were carried out on the leaked platen superheater tube.The results showed that temperature of the outer circle near the middle tube platen was higher,and differed from temperature of the inner circle,thereby their thermal expansion increment differed and local stress concentration occurred.Besides,the superheater tube exhibited more inclusions and higher-than-normal hardness.It was these two factors that caused the platen superheater tube to crack and leak.
