摘 要:为了进一步提升Nova Chip超薄磨耗层的路用性能,将直投式环保改性剂应用于其中,分析了不同掺量的直投改性剂对混合料高温性能、水稳定性及低温抗裂性能的影响。结果表明,与SBS改性沥青相比,直投改性剂掺量为矿料质量的0.8%时,混合料高温稳定性提高118%,冻融劈裂强度比提高14.3%,但低温抗裂性未满足规范要求,因此其最佳掺量应为矿料质量的0.6%。通过试验段铺筑验证,直投改性沥青混合料施工更方便,路用性能更优异,其各项性能均满足现行规范要求。In order to further improve the pavement performance of Novachip ultra-thin wearing layer,the direct injection environmental protection modifier is applied in it.The effects of direct injection modifiers with the different dosages on the high-temperature performance,water stability and low-temperature cracking resistance of the mixture are analyzed.The results show that compared with SBS modified asphalt,the high temperature stability of mixture is improved by 118%and its freezing-thawing splitting strength ratio is improved by 14.3%when the dosage of the direct injection modifier is 0.8%of the ore mass,but the low-temperature cracking resistance does not meet the requirements of the specification.Therefore,the optimal dosage is 0.6%of the ore mass.Through the paving verification of test section,the direct casting modified asphalt mixture is constructed more conveniently and the pavement performances are more excellent.Its each performance can meet the current code requirements.
