摘　　要：随着高压变频调速技术的发展,级联式高压变频器容量越来越大,由驱动异步电机逐步发展到同步电机,广泛应用于驱动高炉鼓风机、轧钢机、烧结机等大容量高压同步电动机场合,即能代替软启动器启动电机,又能根据工艺要求进行变频调速,灵活实现工变频之间可逆切换,本文对莱钢新480m^(2)烧结机主抽风机在调试过程中启动高压同步电机出现问题和处理过程、改进方法作重点介绍,为类似项目提供借鉴。With the development of high voltage variable frequency speed regulation technologythe capacity of cascaded high voltage frequency converter is becoming larger and larger,from driving asynchronous motor to synchronous motor,which is widely used to drive large capacity high voltage synchronous motorguch as blast furnace blowersteel rolling mill,sintering machine,etc..It can not only replace the soft starter to start the motor,but also can conduct variable frequency speed regulation according to the process requirements,flexibly realizing the reversible switching between industrial and variable frequency,This paper mainly introduces the problems occurred in the commissioning process of the main exhaust fan of Laigang's new 480m^(2)sintering machine when starting the high-voltage synchronous motor,the treatment process and the improvement methods,which can provide reference for similar projects.
