摘  要:为了准确分析干式变压器的热特性,提出一种考虑气道局部努塞尔数(Nu)的热网络模型。建立干式变压器的磁-热-流耦合有限元仿真模型,通过温升实验验证仿真模型的准确性;基于仿真数据获取局部努塞尔数关联式,用于修正热网络模型中的对流热阻,并对比分析修正前后热网络模型的准确性。以高压绕组温度的计算结果为例,未修正模型计算结果与仿真模型计算结果的平均绝对误差和平均相对误差分别为7.7℃和11.7%,修正模型计算结果与仿真模型计算结果的平均绝对误差和平均相对误差分别为5.5℃和8.4%,修正模型计算的轴向温度分布与仿真结果吻合度较高。仿真结果表明,修正后的热网络模型能够更准确地计算干式变压器绕组的温度分布。To accurately analyze the thermal characteristics of dry-type transformers,a thermal network model considering the local Nusselt number of the air duct is proposed.The finite element simulation model of magnetic thermal fluid coupling for the dry-type transformer is established,and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified through temperature rise experiment.Based on the simulation data,the local Nusselt number correlations are obtained to correct the convective thermal resistances of the thermal network model,and the accuracy of the thermal network model before and after the correction is compared and analyzed.Taking the calculation result of high-voltage winding temperature as an example,the average absolute error between the calculation result of the unmodified model and the simulation model is 7.7℃,and the average relative error is 11.7%.The average absolute error between the modified model calculation results and the simulation model calculation results is 5.5℃,and the average relative error is 8.4%.The axial temperature distribution calculated the modified model is in good agreement with the simulation results.The simulation results show that the modified thermal network model can more accurately calculate the temperature distribution of dry-type transformer winding.
