摘 要:2019年11月13—24日,广东省粤东地区某4回500 kV输电线路发生7次污闪跳闸,终止了广东地区连续13年零污闪的纪录。针对此污闪跳闸事故原因进行了调查分析,总结此次粤东地区污闪的特点,指出此次污闪属于典型的局部区域性污闪。通过分析污闪绝缘子污秽度测试数据、离子成分,发现本次污闪的主要原因是污染源变化导致A类污秽大量沉积,以及海风引起的B类污秽快速积污。进一步分析不同污秽类型引起的污闪发展特点,指出常规的污秽清扫措施对于B类(海洋盐雾)污秽的清扫效果有限。最后针对不同污秽类型提出了污闪防治对策。From November 13 to 24 in 2019,seven pollution flashover trips of four 500 kV transmission lines in eastern Guangdong regions happened,which suspended the record of zero pollution flashover for 13 consecutive years in Guangdong province.In view of the accident,this paper investigates and analyzes the reasons and summarizes the characteristics of the pollution flashover in eastern Guangdong regions.It points out that this pollution flashover belongs to a kind of typical local regional pollution flashover.According to the analysis of insulator string pollution grade and ion component,it is found that the two main reasons of this pollution flashover are the change of pollution source leading to a large amount of deposition of class A pollution,the rapid accumulation of class B pollution caused by sea breeze.Furthermore,it analyzes the development characteristics of pollution flashover caused by different pollution types.It points out that effect of present cleaning measures is limited for class B pollution.Finally,the paper proposes the countermeasures for preventing different pollution types.
