摘 要:某整体煤气化联合循环(integrated gasification combined cycle,IGCC)发电示范电站机组启停时余热锅炉和汽轮机系统压力增大,易导致旁路装置执行机构机械损坏或旁路装置失控;旁路系统逻辑设置不合理,存在误跳燃气轮机风险。针对上述问题,对旁路装置执行机构进行分体改造,以提升旁路系统性能。优化执行机构气路,取消气控放大器,采用大流量定位器,提高旁路装置控制精度;在旁路阀控制逻辑中引入最小开度(10%)参数,解决误跳燃气轮机的逻辑隐患问题。采取上述优化措施后,可提高IGCC汽轮机旁路系统可靠性。During the start-up and shutdown process,the pressure of the heat recover steam generator(HRSG)and turbine system of the unit of one integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC)demonstration power station increases,leading to mechanical damages to the bypass device actuator or malfunction and control failure of the bypass device.At the same time,the logic setting of the bypass system is unreasonable,which poses a risk of accidental activation of the gas turbine.In view of the above problems,the actuator of the bypass device is reformed to improve the performance of the bypass system.The gas circuit of the actuator is optimized by eliminating the gas control amplifier and adopting a high-flow locator to improve the precision of the bypass device control.The control logic of the bypass valve is modified to introduce a minimum opening of 10%to solve the hidden dangers of accidental activation of the gas turbine.It is able to improve the reliability of the IGCC turbine bypass system by adopting these optimization measures.
