摘 要:实验教学过程采用科研工作常用的正交试验法最优化方法,使用大型仪器模拟蒸馏色谱仪,增加了本科生的知识和技术储备,有利于在毕业论文阶段尽快地进入科研状态。供氢剂存在下重质油减黏裂化实验,可以较为全面地学习反应机理和反应规律,达到了设计型、研究型教学实验项目的教学效果。能够全方位开拓和培养学生的实践能力、吸引学生进行相关的课题研究。实验项目的改革符合高校转变教育思想的方针,提高人才培养质量的高校教育改革的目标,有一定的教学研究和探索的价值。The orthogonal experiment optimization method commonly used in scientific research were applied to heavy oil visbreaking experiment teaching reform and large-scale instruments were used to simulate distillation chromatograph.These methods increase undergraduate students knowledge and ability reserve and could help them better adjust themselves from student mode to scientific research mode at their thesis stage.The reaction mechanism and reaction rules could be comprehensively learned during the visbreaking experiment of heavy oil in the presence of hydrogen donor and the teaching effect of design-based and research-based teaching experimental projects could be reached.The experiment could develop and cultivate students practical ability in all aspects and attract students to carry out relevant research.The reform of this experimental projects is in consistency with the policy of universities to change their educational thoughts,promote the reform of practical teaching,and improve the quality of personnel training.
