摘　　要：在“双一流”建设背景下,加强高校实验技术队伍的建设,在规模稳定的基础上,建设一支高水平、专业化的实验技术队伍,不仅是满足“双一流”建设的客观需要,更是保障实验教学和科研工作高效运行的基础。现以西南大学为例,针对我校实验技术队伍结构失衡、规模总量不足、入职率和稳定性差、职务评审机制不完善等问题,提出了具有针对性的建设举措和实践路径,以期稳定实验技术队伍的规模,助推学校“双一流”建设水平的提升。In the context of“double first-class”construction,strengthening the construction of experimental technology team in universities and establishing a high-level and professional experimental technology team on the basis of stable scale is not only the basis for ensuring the efficient operation of experimental teaching and scientific research,but also the basis for meeting the objective needs of“double first-class”construction.Taking Southwest University as an example,this paper proposes targeted construction measures and practical paths to address the problems of unbalanced structure,insufficient total scale,poor enrollment rate and stability,and imperfect post evaluation mechanism of its experimental technology team,with the goal of stabilizing the scale of experimental technology team and promoting the improvement of the“double first-class”construction level of our university.
