摘 要:以乐滩水库引水灌区窑瓦-六浪隧洞TBM施工为例,根据工程特点和复杂地质条件,着重阐述了施工关键技术:(1)TBM施工排水系统布置;(2)长距离连续皮带机出渣技术;(3)采用TST、三维电阻率法、水平取芯钻探相结合的综合超前地质预报方法;(4)针对溶洞、涌水、大断层破碎带等不良地质采取的施工措施。实践表明所采取的施工技术效果良好,确保了TBM施工顺利贯通。Taking the TBM construction of Yaowa-Liulang tunnel in Letan Reservoir Irrigation Zone as example,ac⁃cording to the features and complex geological conditions of the project,the key construction techniques were pre⁃sented including the arrangement of TBM construction drainage system,the slagging technique of long-distance continuous belt conveyor,the synthetic advanced geological forecast methods combining TST,3D resistivity method and horizontal coring drill,and the construction measures in view of the adverse geological conditions such as cav⁃ern,gushing water in tunnel and large fault fracture zone.Practice show these construction techniques render good effects and ensure smooth TBM construction.
