海藻提取物作为拌种增效剂对小麦种子生长发育的影响

摘　　要：为考察海藻提取物作为拌种增效剂的应用效果,首先通过试验研究了海藻提取物浸种对小麦种子萌发的效果,确定海藻提取物的最佳用量为小麦种子质量的0.025%;然后将海藻提取物与拌种剂复配拌种,对小麦种子的萌发及幼苗的生长指标进行了测定。结果表明:海藻提取物与拌种剂按3.12 g/mL复配使用的效果较好,可促进小麦种子萌发,提高小麦幼苗的根长、株高、鲜质量、干质量等指标,增强小麦根系活力,提升小麦幼苗叶片中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,从而增强小麦根系的适应能力、小麦幼苗的生理活性和素质,进而提高小麦幼苗的抗逆能力。In order to investigate the application effect of seaweed extract as seed dressing synergist,the effect of seaweed extract seed soaking on wheat seed germination is first studied through experiments,and the optimum dosage of seaweed extract is determined to be 0.025%of wheat seed quality.Then,the seaweed extract is mixed with seed dressing agent to determine the germination of wheat seeds and the growth index of seedlings.The results show that the compound use of seaweed extract and seed dressing agent at 3.12 g/mL has a good effect,which can promote the germination of wheat seeds,improve the root length,plant height,fresh weight,dry weight and other indexes of wheat seedlings,enhance the vitality of wheat roots,and increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the leaves of wheat seedlings,thus enhancing the adaptability of wheat roots and the physiological activity and quality of wheat seedlings,and then improve the stress resistance of wheat seedlings.
