摘  要:为研究钢管混凝土桁架焊缝附近的应力场分布特征及焊趾处热点应力集中系数,以主钢管内填充混凝土的K型管节点为研究对象,建立了考虑主钢管与混凝土表面非线性接触行为的三维实体有限元计算模型,探究了焊趾处热点应力集中系数的分布规律。研究结果表明:1)主钢管与支钢管焊缝附近区域节点的第一主应力在冠趾处达到最大值;2)热点应力集中系数在鞍点附近节点达到最小值,而在冠趾与鞍点之间的中点或附近节点处达到最大值;3)采用两点外推法和三点外推法计算钢管混凝土桁架K型管节点的热点应力集中系数均是可行的,并且二者差异较小。In order to explore stress field distribution characteristics near the weld and hot spot stress concentration factors of the weld toe for concrete-filled steel tubular truss,K-type tubular joints with concrete-filled main steel tubular are studied in this paper.One three-dimensional solid finite element computational model considering the nonlinear contact behavior of main steel tubular and concrete surface is established.The distribution rule of hot spot stress concentration factors of each joint of the weld toe was explored.The results show that:1)the first principal stress of the nodes near the weld between the main steel pipe and the steel branch pipe reach the maximum at its crown toe;2)the hot spot stress concentration factors of the corresponding node near the saddle point reach the minimum value,and it appeared the maximum value at or near the midpoint between the crown toe and the saddle point;3)two-point extrapolation and three-point extrapolation both prove feasible to calculate the corresponding hot spot stress concentration factors of K-type tubular joints of concrete-filled steel tubular truss,and the difference between the two methods is very small.
