摘 要:文章研究了含铜污泥还原熔炼协同处理工业废盐回收有价金属,主要考察了废盐掺量、SiO_(2)用量、Fe_(2)O_(3)用量和还原粉煤用量等因素对金属回收率的影响。试验结果表明:物料配比为在含铜污泥中添加质量比为15%的工业废盐掺量、10%的SiO_(2)、6%的Fe_(2)O_(3)和15%的还原粉煤,在熔炼温度为1350℃,保温时间为2.0 h时,Cu、Ni、Sn的回收率可分别达95.72%、93.10%、86.07%,产出炉渣经过GB 50853-2007危险废物毒性浸出鉴别属于一般固废。本工艺实现了含铜污泥与废盐的协同资源化回收和无害化处理。The collaborative disposal of industrial waste salt in the reduction smelting process of copper sludge was studied.The effects of the amount of SiO 2,Fe_(2)O_(3),reducing powder coal and waste salt on the recovery of copper,nickel and tin were investigated.The experimental results show that the recovery ratios of Cu,Ni and Sn can reach up to 95.72%,93.10%and 86.07%respectively,when the dosage of industrial waste salt was 15%of copper-containing sludge,the dosage of SiO_(2)was 10%,the dosage of Fe_(2)O_(3)was 6%,the dosage of reduced pulverized coal was 15%of copper-containing sludge,the smelting temperature was 1350℃and the holding time was 2.0 h.The slag was identified as general solid waste by GB 50853-2007 hazardous waste toxicity leaching.This process realizes the synergistic resource recovery and harmless treatment of copper-containing sludge and waste salt.
