摘 要:文章借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和室温拉伸机,研究了不同固溶和时效温度对TB9钛合金棒材显微观组织、力学性能及断口形貌的影响。结果表明:在时效温度相同的条件下,随着固溶温度的升高,β相晶粒尺寸增加,抗拉强度和屈服强度呈下降趋势,延伸率和面缩率变化较小;在相同固溶处理工艺条件下,随着时效温度的升高,β相晶粒尺寸增加,在高于510℃时效后,β相晶内和晶界处出现了大量α析出相,抗拉强度和屈服强度显著降低,延伸率和面缩率显著提高;随着固溶温度的增加,相同时效温度处理的断口形貌由韧窝状塑性断裂逐渐向脆性断裂转变,韧窝含量减小,沿晶断裂的含量增加。Effect of different solution and aging treatment on microstructures and tensile properties of TB9 titanium alloy were studied by metallurgical microscope and room temperature tensile test.The results show that under the same aging temperature,with the increase of solution temperature,the grain size ofβphase increases,the tensile strength and yield strength show a downward trend,and the elongation and area shrinkage change little.Under the same solution treatment conditions,with the increase of aging temperature,the grain size ofβphase increases.After aging above 510℃,a large number ofαprecipitates appear in theβphase and at the grain boundary,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease significantly,and the elongation and area shrinkage increase significantly.With the increase of solution temperature,the fracture morphology of the same aging temperature treatment gradually changed from dimple-like plastic fracture to brittle fracture,the content of dimples decreased,and the content of intergranular fracture increased.
