摘　　要：中国宪法的价值谱系演绎着我国宪法生成演变的深层逻辑与发展脉络,主导着我国宪法的存在形式和运作过程,反映着我国宪法的精神气质和整体风貌,映射着中国式现代化的本质属性和规范特征。富强、民主、法治、人权诸要素之间相互依存、相互支撑、相互促进,构成了四维一体的中国宪法价值谱系。虽然中国宪法的价值要素与西方社会的宪法价值在话语符号上有某些相似之处,但其精神实质却有着诸多重要的甚至是根本性的差异。中国宪法的先进性和优越性正是蕴含于宪法的价值要素以及立基于这些价值的制度建构及行宪实践之中。The value pedigree of the Chinese Constitution deduces the deep logic and development venation of the generation and evolution of the Constitution,leads the existing form and operating process of the Constitution,mirrors the spiritual temperament and overall scene of the Constitution,and maps the essential attributes and canonical features of China’s road to modernization.The mutual dependence,support,and promotion of prosperity,democracy,the rule of law,and human rights constitute the fourdimensional unity of the value pedigree of the Chinese Constitution.Although in terms of constitutional discourse,the value elements of our Constitution may seem to have some similarities with those of Western societies,the differences in constitutional spirits are essential.The advancement and superiority of the Chinese Constitution are contained in the element of constitutional value and the system construction and constitutional practice based on the very value.
