摘　　要：随着社会的发展,民用爆炸物品生产企业由粗放型向精简型进行转变,各公司为了效益,通过技术改造降低人工成本,通过降本增效、开源节流的方法降低生产成本。通过对材料成本、人工成本、燃料及动力、五金配件、低值易耗等的把控,加强公司成本费用管理工作,落实企业低成本战略,增强全员成本管理意识,提升企业核心竞争力。降本增效,防止浪费,贯彻公司节能降耗方针,降低生产成本,提高资源利用率。同时改善生产作业环境,降低岗位员工的劳动强度。生产成本控制是制造企业提高自身收益水平的重要途径。结合广东宏大民爆集团有限公司现阶段生产成本控制工作中存在的问题,提出了企业需要通过哪些途径来实现生产成本控制工作的有效开展。通过生产成本的合理控制,提高公司的资源利用率,使自身的成本及价格空间在激烈的市场空间中更为明显,最终为公司的市场竞争水平提升带来帮助。With the development of the society,the civil explosives production enterprises have changed from the extensive type to the simplified type.For the sake of benefit,each company reduces the labor cost through the technical transformation,reduce production costs by reducing costs and increasing efficiency,open source throttling methods.Through the control of material cost,labor cost,fuel and power,hardware fittings,low-value and easy-to-consume,strengthen the cost management of the company,implement the enterprise's low-cost strategy,enhance the awareness of cost management,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Reduce cost and increase efficiency,prevent waste,carry out the company's energy saving and consumption reduction policy,reduce production costs,improve the utilization of resources.At the same time,improve the production environment,reduce the labor intensity of post employees.Production cost control is an important way for manufacturing enterprises to improve their income level.Based on the problems existing in the production cost control of Guangdong Hongda Civil Explosive Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward some ways to realize the effective development of production cost control.Through the reasonable control of production cost,improve the resource utilization ratio of the company,make its own cost and price space more obvious in the fierce market space,and finally bring help for the company's market competition level.
