摘 要:精细化工通常涉及较多的反应步骤,需要将物料转移至不同的反应单元内。压力转料是将惰性气体作为气源,向反应装置内加压,从而驱动物料从目标装置转移至指定的反应设备。研究过程将两个反应釜及配套的管路、阀门作为分析对象,依托PLC控制器设计了自动化压力转料控制策略,实施要点为精确计算反应釜Ⅰ在氮气加压后的初始压力、转料结束时的判断压力、转料过程中各个阶段的控制时间,同时按照工艺原理设计PLC程序的控制逻辑。经过多次现场试验,该控制策略达到了良好的效果。Fine chemical industry usually involves many reaction steps,which requires the transfer of materials into different reaction units.Pressure transfer is the inert gas as the air source,pressure to the reaction device,so as to drive the material transfer from the target device to the specified reaction equipment.In the research process,the two reaction reactors and their supporting pipelines and valves were taken as the analysis objects,and the automatic pressure transfer control strategy was designed based on the PLC controller.The key points of implementation were to accurately calculate the initial pressure of the reaction reactorⅠafter nitrogen pressure,the judgment pressure at the end of the transfer,and the control time of each stage in the transfer process.At the same time according to the process principle design PLC program control logic.After many field tests,the control strategy has achieved good results.
